Brandon serves as STARLIMS’s Chief Product Officer and Head of Marketing. Brandon is responsible for driving STARLIMS’ product and go-to-market strategy. Brandon comes to STARLIMS with over 20 years of product management, marketing, and IT experience, with a focus on building and delivering solutions for regulated industries including Pharma, Medical Devices, Food and Beverage, and Automotive. Before joining STARLIMS, Brandon served as VP and Head of Product Management at Greenlight GURU, Chief Product Officer at Tangoe, and VP of Product and Strategy at Sparta Systems.

Trey currently serves as President and CEO of STARLIMS Corporation. Over his 20+ years career, Trey has held roles of increasing responsibility, quickly becoming a functional leader and General Manager of high-growth technology businesses. Trey brings to his role at STARLIMS, strong portfolio strategy skills, diverse go-to-market capabilities, and a focus on operational efficiency. Ultimately, Trey’s focus on the customer has highlighted opportunities to solve market challenges through technology.

Adam began his career in Scientific Informatics implementing technology solutions for laboratory clients to optimize workflow, productivity, and use of data to drive key decisions. He has decades of experience working with several vendor platforms, including STARLIMS, across multiple industries such as Pharma and Biotech, Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Public Health, Forensics, and Government Research. A career veteran with LabAnswer, he joined Accenture via acquisition in 2017 to bring scientific informatics fully into Accenture’s Digital Transformation agenda, thereby making Digital Lab Transformation a strategic imperative for clients’ C-suites. Adam currently serves as the North America Practice Lead scientific informatics bringing the digital laboratory to life for top clients through strategy and innovation and in concert with global Accenture teams.

Chief Executive Officer Jake is the founder and CEO of Labstep, an intuitive, SaaS ELN that uses interactive, step-by-step protocols as templates for data collection to ensure continuous data capture for researchers. As a biomedical science graduate from the University of Sussex, Jake understood the challenges scientists and researchers face when working in an R&D laboratory and created the Labstep platform to help streamline laboratory work, deliver real-time data capture and collaboration, and enhance data integrity.

Lauren brings to her role as Executive Vice President of Operations a deep experience in the software and analytics arena. Before joining STARLIMS, Lauren was the VP of Operations with Appriss Health where she was responsible for engineering, product management, implementation, and customer service. After a successful 3 years, Lauren moved to the Appriss Insights business unit leading product and operations, which was acquired by Equifax. Lauren also spent the first 17 years of her career at GE Appliances, 10 of which were spent in a variety of IT roles leading the development and implementation of software, before moving cross-functionally into product management.

Keith has over 20 years of sales leadership experience focused on Life Sciences and other highly regulated industries. As Global Head of Sales at STARLIMS, he is responsible for driving revenue growth through business development initiatives. Most recently, Keith served as Global Head of Sales, Quality Compliance Solutions with IQVIA, through the acquisition of Pilgrim Quality Solutions where he spent several years implementing growth strategies and leading the global sales organization selling enterprise software.

Zoe Laubscher is the IT Quality Systems Manager at Aspen Pharma SA Operations. She is responsible for the LIMS implementation within Aspen’s QC Laboratories. Zoe has 40 years of pharmaceutical experience, 35 of which have been with Aspen. Originating as a Laboratory Chemical Analyst and moving through various operational functions and IT roles, her deep experience across a range of disciplines has allowed her to develop a strong cross-functional understanding of what a business requires to succeed and solidified her expertise and position as the LIMS lead.

Tassilo is a Senior Business Solution Architect in Regulatory Science for Bayer AG, CropScience Division. With 20+ years of experience in project management and 15 years of experience in international R&D IT projects focused on LIMS and life sciences applications, Tassilo is a seasoned project manager who is well-grounded in business process understanding. In his current role at Bayer AG, Tassilo ran global support for Analytics LIMS based on STARLIMS, as well as manages IT projects and consulting on electronic raw data management and Human Safety Residue Analysis. Tassilo has a PhD in physics/medical physics and engineering.

With extensive experience spanning Academic Research, Biotech industries, and lab software solutions, Patrice Bilesimo serves as the Global Product Group Manager at STARLIMS. In this role, Patrice drives the development and portfolio management of our applications. Drawing upon a deep understanding of the scientific landscape and the unique challenges faced in the industry, Patrice combines scientific acumen with technological expertise to optimize laboratory workflows, streamline data management processes, and enhance collaboration. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to customer success, Patrice is dedicated to delivering solutions that empower organizations to excel in their lab operations.

Teodora is the Quality Manufacturing Software Development Manager. Over the last 14 years Teodora has been contributing to the development of the Quality Manufacturing product and has been an integral part of the designing and implementation of new features and performance improvements meant to make the Quality Manufacturing product a leader in the LIMS market. Along with the product management team, Teodora’s focus is on developing a product that meets the constantly evolving customer needs.

In her free time, Teodora enjoys nature walks, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, ensuring alignment with customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions. She has been with STARLIMS for the past 12 years, and took part in the development of notable features, such as the Workflow Engine and the conversion to HTML5.

Marian Veteanu is the Product Manager for STARLIMS Technology Platform. In his 20-year career with STARLIMS, Marian helped in various roles to make the STARLIMS Technology Platform the best foundation for our customers’ STARLIMS system. His current focus is to take advantage of the best industry technology advancements for the purpose of maximizing customer investments in STARLIMS products.

Zahanine Streeter has over 20 years of experience in PMOs, Program and Project Management. Over the last 13 years, she's created, developed, and maintained a global PMO, as well as managed and developed PMs at NCR. Her “secret sauce” has several ingredients which include relationship building, developing people, and getting success defined and documented, so everyone marches towards the same goal. She believes transparency and clear communication are the foundation to successfully meeting clients' needs and business objectives.

Ciprian Sarca is a Senior Principal Engineer on the STARLIMS Technology Platform. He has been working with STARLIMS since 2004 developing, improving, and maintaining the STARLIMS Technology Platform, as well as helping customers deploy and troubleshoot their STARLIMS systems.

As Senior R&D Software Engineer, Mirela designs and implements the STARLIMS Technology Platform. Throughout her 19 years career with STARLIMS, Mirela has been involved in all development aspects of the Technology Platform, including the implementation of the XFD platform and its evolution from to Mobile and HTML5. Areas of expertise include: Web Services, Advanced Analytics, ELN, 3rd Party Component integration, Authentication, Authorization and more. In her spare time, Mirela is a ceramics artist and enjoys paddle boarding and camping trips with her family.
